Media Release & Waiver

Media Release & Waiver of Liability Policy – Renewed Destiny, Inc.

As a condition of participation in any training, workshop, certification class, or related program administered by Renewed Destiny, Inc. (“the Organization”), participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent to Photography, Recording, and Use
Participants understand and expressly consent that photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) may be taken during the course of programming. Such Media may capture the participant’s image, likeness, voice, and/or statements.Participants irrevocably grant Renewed Destiny, Inc., its successors, assigns, affiliates, representatives, licensees, sponsors, and partners the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, and otherwise exploit such Media, in whole or in part, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, for purposes including but not limited to marketing, promotion, educational use, documentation, and reporting to sponsors and funders.

No Expectation of Compensation
Participants expressly waive any right to compensation, royalties, or other consideration arising from or related to the use of such Media. Participants further waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final form or context in which their likeness, image, or voice may appear.

Release and Hold Harmless
Participants, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby fully release, acquit, and forever discharge Renewed Destiny, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, misappropriation, or any other cause of action arising out of or related to the creation, use, or distribution of such Media.This release expressly bars any and all current or future claims or legal proceedings against Renewed Destiny, Inc. in connection with the use of Media.

Third-Party Use
Participants acknowledge and understand that Media may be shared with third-party sponsors, funders, and partner organizations as evidence of services rendered to the public at no cost, and that Renewed Destiny, Inc. shall bear no responsibility for the actions or uses of such third parties once Media has been shared.

Opt-Out Procedure
Any participant who does not wish to be photographed, recorded, or otherwise included in Media must submit a written request to Renewed Destiny, Inc. prior to the commencement of programming. Renewed Destiny, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests; however, complete exclusion from all Media cannot be guaranteed in group settings, and the Organization shall not be liable for incidental inclusion.
